Hello and welcome to FitCamp, the place to be to lose weight, get fit and enjoy a healthy lifestyle forever. We combine healthy, sustainable eating with an exercise regime that is hard work but fun! What’s more, you are among people who understand your aims and will help you get the desired results – they are in the same boat after all!

 

FitCamp uses a military style exercise regime (without the intimidation) that helps you burn fat quickly, get fit and sustain a healthy lifestyle that isn't about counting calories or points but merely about being sensible in your approach to eating and exercising. Forget those fad diets and diet pills, there’s only one way to start seeing those results you yearn for… regular exercise combined with a balanced healthy diet… and that’s the FitCamp way.

 

FitCamp is a simple concept but that doesn't mean it’s easy or that anyone can run a camp. My camp benefits from my experiance of training various clients with different fitness levels and abilities and still giving that personal touch in a group enviroment. I also appreciate that running along a beach in the rain and snow is not necessarily the best motivation for a lot of people. This is why all of my FitCamp sessions are run indoors when the weather or darkness does not permit outdoor sessions.

 

Each course runs for four weeks, consisting of two one-hour FitCamp sessions per week with an extra workout you can do at home. I have a wide range of exercises that I use which ensures every time you return we’ll be doing something different. You’ll be taught pioneering and innovative exercise regimes from a fully qualified instructor. You’ll undergo cardiovascular training with races and obstacle courses, you’ll push your boundaries on endurance, speed, strength and stamina both with a partner and alone, you’ll utilise a vast range of props such as dumbbells, barbells, boxing pads, space hoppers and much, much more. You’ll work muscles that you forgot you had, or never knew you had in the first place!
