Bootcamp workouts are intense exercise sessions that challenge every muscle in your body. By moving from exercise to exercise with little rest in between, you tone and firm muscles while getting a good cardiovascular workout at the same time. These sessions are known as bootcamp workouts because the exercises used are similar to exercises used in the military to keep recruits in shape.

Without the correct foods being consumed, the exercise is not as effective, you will be lacking energy, not be able to build muscle, or not be able to lose weight as efficiently. People get caught up in fad diets Low Calorie, Low Carbohydrate, there are too many to mention.
